Problem Statement

A new instance is created on FC. Users(internal) has to be manually created and password shared manually as well, unless you configure email on that instance. This manual work was hectic and also posed a security risk and often easy and common passwords were used.

Disabling users after the need was hard as well, as it had to be done on each instance manually. And these users had to remember and save the password for different instances.

FC Site Manager

Connects directly to Frappe Cloud(or press) and pulls relevant data to your instance and allows users to login directly to other instances, rotates user passwords and disable users periodically.
